Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We strive to verify items are correct and in perfect condition prior to shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping, please reach out to us on our Contact page and include photos of the item and the damage, as well as the order number and the name and address to which it was shipped. We may ask for the item to be shipped back prior to replacement.

Exchanges for a different size will be processed after the item is returned to us at your expense. Please verify size prior to purchase via the size chart. If you have any questions, please reach out to us on our Contact page. In all instances, we will not refund a purchase, but will discuss an exchange via email.
